I do both. I actually learned needle tatting first because Barbara Foster's book on needle tatting was so easy to learn from. It took a while to get shuttle tatting down. I think that is one of the reasons I like it so much, it remains, even now some 6 years later, a challenge
As far as blogs go, you should try this blog site. They are really easy to work with and organize. I really like it so far.
My name is Christina Harper. I live in Charleston, SC. I have one daughter, Mary Elizabeth, and I use to have two chihuahuas, Ace and Bailey that I still love and miss very much. My signature craft is tatting and I want to be a professional writer when I grow up.
I love to read, do crafts, and I love Harry Potter!!

HI Christina.. thanks for linking me over here from writer buddies. I need to get a blog but just haven't gotten there yet.
Are you a shuttle or needle tatter?
